your purchase. The support covers installation related
issues and 'how to' issues. After the 30 days, the
support is still free, but this may change in the future.
Before asking for technical support, however, we ask that
you follow a few steps first in order to allow us to
better serve you:

control our support load, which allows us to dedicate
more resources to the most serious issues.
1. Read the documentation thoroughly.
Almost all technical support issues are covered in the
help file. Do not forget to download the appropriate PDF
manual from http://www.impression.ro/download.htm
2. Visit our website http://www.impression.ro
There may be updated information on this site that
answers your question.
3. Make sure you are running the most current
version of the software.
You can see what version you have by running the software
and selecting Help|About in the pulldown menus. The most
current version is always available at our website: http://www.impression.ro/download.htm.
If there is a more current version available, download it
and install it. Your problem may simply be an issue
related to a non-current revision of the software. In
fact, this is the most common technical support issue.
